Hello everybody! My name is Bojana Novakovic and I am a senior majoring in Biology. I plan on attending medical school to pursue a career as a dermatologist or a radiologist. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies/shows, listening to music, and trying new cafes and restaurants. My favorite artist is Dominic Fike and I have been to two of his concerts! I also love anything fashion related, it is a big passion of mine. I am excited to meet all of you at our events. Feel free to reach out to me whenever needed!

Hi there! My name is Raiden Wadsworth. I am majoring in Biochemistry, and of course, I hope to go to medical school after graduating. I am interested in pursuing trauma surgery, emergency medicine, or internal medicine. Outside of school, I like working with kids, and I currently work as a math tutor. Some of my hobbies are playing video games, running, hiking, and watching videos about Capybaras. I also have a deep history with community service and am looking forward to being part of the Humanitarian Committee!

As the youngest of 3 brothers, I was born into a Romanian family as a 1st generation American. After playing piano for 13 years, I began producing/engineering music at the top recording studio in Las Vegas with platinum artists like 2kBaby. During this time, I realized my passion for medicine and enrolled at UNLV as a Biology major, dedicating my life to learning and becoming a doctor. I use my free time for mixed martial arts, weight lifting, and family; however, I am enthusiastic to allocate some of it to AED's humanitarian committee and make a bigger impact in my community.

Hey Everyone! My name is Jillian Love! I am a Nutrition Major with a Pre-Med focus that hopes to attend medical school and become a Mohs Surgeon or Dermotopathologist! I have a deep passion for Biology and am grateful to be one of the SI leaders here at UNLV as well as currently doing an Independent Study on the intersectionalities of Nutrition and Skin Cancer. Outside of school you can find me on the tennis court or hanging with my Pug Rosie! Before joining the Humanitarian Committee, I have been co-leading Call to Care, an organization that raises money to assist women in Nepal escaping domestic violence. Helping others who cannot help themselves is what inspired me to pursue medicine and it will be a pleasure to serve you as one of your Humanitarian committee members!

Hello everyone! My name is Purnima Neoupane, and I am a third-year student at UNLV pursuing a career in dentistry. One of the most important parts of my journey in healthcare has been learning that caring for people extends far beyond the walls of a clinic. I am especially passionate about humanitarian work, community service, and helping make healthcare more accessible to underserved populations. My experiences in dental assisting, volunteering, and community outreach have shown me how strongly a person’s health can be influenced by access, education, and the support systems around them. I also co-founded Call to Care Nepal, a nonprofit centered around supporting underserved communities in Nepal through humanitarian initiatives and access to care. Being involved in this work has strengthened my desire to use my future career in dentistry as a platform for service, advocacy, and long-term community impact. Outside of academics and service, I love painting, hiking, and trying new restaurants. I am excited to meet everyone and contribute to everything the Humanitarian Committee accomplishes this year!
